Office Technology Training includes basic technical and communications skills for the office and is an introduction to skills necessary for students who intend to pursue employment in the computer/clerical field (examples include:  secretary, staff assistant, desk clerk, cashier, sales clerk, receptionist, claims clerk, data encoder, bookkeeper, etc.)

Students begin with the Core Module which is designed to provide students with training necessary to obtain entry-level employment in the computer/clerical field.  The majority of the curriculum is independent study, however training does include group activities that focus on overall general skills that are identified as critical for employees.

After completing the Core Module, students complete subjects from the In-depth Module based on prior education, prior experience and future goals.
