The NCRC uses three WorkKeys® foundational skill assessments to verify to employers that an individual has the following essential employability skills: Reading for Information, Applied Mathematics, and Locating Information. Students work through a customized curriculum to improve skills that will help them meet their employment goals. Employers use the NCRC as a screening tool when making hiring decisions.
